* Fully-equipped kitchen with everything needed for gourmet meals.
* Dining table seating six, plus three additional stools at the breakfast bar.
* Convenient powder room and a full-size washer and dryer.

[Second Floor]
* Master suite with a king-size bed, a 50-inch TV, and a private full bathroom.
* Kids' bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and two trundles (sleeps 6), a 40-inch TV, an Xbox, and board games. This room also has its own private full bathroom.

[Third Floor]
* Two guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, a 40-inch TV, and a private full bathroom.
* Large balcony to relax with a book or watch a spectacular sunset.

[Outdoor Living & Amenities]
* Private backyard with a BBQ grill and a shady patio with a table and chairs.
* Storage shed stocked with a cornhole game, kids' beach toys, beach chairs, an umbrella, and 4 adult bicycles.

[Guest Access]
As our guest, you will have full, private access to the entire house and a host of community amenities.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM via a simple virtual process.
Your access includes:
✔ The entire 3-story, 4-bedroom home.
✔ A large, gated community pool (key card required).
✔ An enclosed, air-conditioned fitness center located by the pool.
✔ A community putting green, bocce ball, & corn hole.

House Rules:
🚫 No parties
🤫 Quiet hours after 9 PM
🚗 Maximum of 3 cars (please be very careful not to block or encroach on neighboring driveways)
🔞 No underage drinking
🚭 No smoking

## Notable Information
🔹 **Walk-Through Bunk Room:** The second-floor bunk room provides access to the third floor. A sound machine is provided for added comfort and privacy.
🔹 **Security Cameras:** Exterior cameras are located at the front yard and doorbell areas for guest safety. No interior cameras.
🔹 **Professionally Cleaned:** The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay.
🔹 **Requirements:** Valid photo ID and signed rental agreement required prior to check-in.
🔹 **Minimum Age:** Primary renter must be 25+ years old.
🔹 **Check-In / Check-Out:** Check-In: 4:00 PM | Check-Out: 10:00 AM

## Cancellation Policy
📅 Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in receive a refund minus a 5% cancellation fee and applicable administrative charges.
📅 Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
📅 No refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, weather, outages, maintenance issues, noise, or other unforeseen travel disruptions.
